Responsibilities:
The Recruiter will source technical professionals nationally for contract and project based positions. Rearview resumes, qualify candidates, negotiate rates, and provide technical analysis and assessments when needed. Utilize best practices to effectively manage customer deliverables and resources; build strong network of candidates, gain market intelligence, leverage existing talent pool for referrals and contacts. Have the perception and ability to communicate opportunities and technology, strategize with management through solutions and delivery.
Requirements:
- Education; Bachelors Degree, BA, CS,EE or equivalent
- Technical recruiting experience; IT, Telecom or Project Management
- A Strong background in Technology is desireable
- Social networking professional networking experience desired.
- Proven organizational and process oriented skills
- High degree of professionalism and ethics
- Customer service focused with service level communication skills
- Previous work experience with service oriented companies
- Experience with employment Visa laws and process experience preferred
