PFI Tech is an emerging staffing agency which has an established client base and is growing. We need an individual who would like to get in on the ground floor and help take us to the next level.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for evaluating, interviewing and placing applicants; matching the skills and goals of temporary and direct hire employees to job requirements; determining pay rates for temporary employees; interacting with customers to obtain detailed job descriptions; maintaining client service satisfaction through timely resolution of concerns; completing all required data entry and paperwork; generating new business by consistently looking for new leads, and promoting good public relations. You will develop a pipeline of qualified candidates based on the high demand skill sets of existing and potential customers. You will prepare candidates for interviews by educating them on the customer*s open positions as well as perform background and reference checks as needed. You will be required to prepare weekly performance reports and attend weekly meetings.
This position requires an individual to possess solid IT knowledge, strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and have excellent multi-tasking abilities. Must have excellent relationship building skills with the ability to sell opportunities to candidates and customers; contain creative problem-solving and decision-making skills with the willingness to achieve goals, and the ability to work with little to no supervision. Position requires the ability to provide follow-up to customer and employee needs. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. This position requires prior customer service experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. College degree, technical background and staffing industry experience is preferred.
