Job Descripton:
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join out growing team. The ideal candidate will come from an agency background specializing in IT. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, unique environment where each and every decision will affect the outcome of your day.
- We are unique in the sense that we are highly collaborative; THINK TANK! All your ideas will be heard, addressed and possibly put into play.
- We do NOT micro manage; we expect our people to know what it takes to get it done – don’t need someone looking over their shoulder.
- We are not metrics driven; whether you make 20 or 50 phone calls, it doesn’t matter; just the end result matters (business!)
Job Duties include:
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; using news groups and job sites, working with our offshore recruiting team, and networking.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; and alyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel (need be), negotiates rates/salaries, contract lengths, etc.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks
- Not afrid to pick up the phone and make a difference.
