As the sector grows, continued and sustained success within our National Engineering Recruitment team, means that the team in turn must grow. We are seeking an Engineering Recruitment Consultant within this team in our Northbridge (Perth) office, specialising within the Resources and Energy sector.
Core job responsibilities include:
- End to end control of the complete recruitment process, for a hybrid desk of permanent and contract placements within the Mining Resources space.
- Client liaison and account management activities.
- Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:
We are seeking outcome orientated consultants that are motivated to build a sustainable career in recruitment, by utilising business and recruitment methodologies that Chandler Macleod Group have developed over the past 50 years.
Ideally, at least one years Recruitment experience within Engineering/ Mining recruitment.
Applications from Resource and Energy industry specialists without recruitment experience will also be considered.
- Strong customer service delivery, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- The ability to develop, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrable ability to meet targets, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Although not essential for the role, a tertiary qualification would be highly regarded
