Technical Reporting Accountant recruitment

You will be responsible for assisting with the production of the statutory financial information, including coordinating and interpreting more technically complex areas such as financial instruments and the risk management disclosures. You will be tasked with understanding IFRS and other relevant accounting policies and how they apply to the business and representing the business at external forums. There is huge scope to add value through developing and presenting training plans for finance staff on IFRS and accounting policies and to improve processes.

To be considered for this role you must possess excellent technical accounting knowledge, will be a fully Qualified Accountant with experience working in Financial Services and have prepared accounts under IFRS and relevant disclosures.

For the successful candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to gain business exposure, working closely with Group Reporting, Risk, Management Information, Regulatory Reporting, Tax, and Legal Secretariat, as well as the external auditors and legal counsel and develop your technical accounting knowledge.
