Technical Representative/Estimator (Commercial/Industrial Roofing) Job in Chatsworth, California US
Centimark Corporation, the National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a full time Roofing Estimator/Technical Representative to support sales reps in the Northern Los Angeles, CA territory.
This individual will be responsible for evaluating potential projects, preparing estimates and proposals and working closely with our sales team as well as assist in developing our client base.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
· Responsible for all aspects of the site inspection, bid generation and sales processes.
· Participation in all the basic aspects of running a business -- customer relations, sales and marketing and strategic business and growth planning.
POSITION REQUIRES:
· Strong computer skills a must
· Strong mathematical and communication skills
· Must have good time management and organizational skills
· Ability to work within a team environment
· Valid Driver’s license
· Some out of town overnight stays will be required
· Positive work history
· Ability to climb up and down ladders
· Roofing Knowledge -- One to two years of past roofing experience preferred
· Business or marketing related experience helpful
