Technical Sales Customer Service Agent
My client is a leading research and development organisation with a great new graduate job vacancy. The position is for a Technical Sales Customer Service Agent located in Abingdon, South Oxfordshire.
This is a fantastic job opportunity for a graduate wanting to develop Customer Service skills within a technical sales environment. The job is within a vibrant, hard-working team where the demand for technical support is increasing, therefore the need for another team member is crucial in maintaining first class support. You will also be required to follow up leads that are passed to you by the sales team in order to assist with research projects and up-selling the services provided.
You must have a degree within the sciences, ideally within Biology or Bioengineering, or a degree of a similar nature will be considered. The right applicant will be commercially driven and have a high level of communication in English. Experience of working in a laboratory is highly desirable but not compulsory and you must have an aspiration to be promoted internally, in order to grow and develop with the company.
