Job Description: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for increasing market share, and maintaining good customer relations with a specific national account customer in order to achieve the profitability of the account as established with the Vice President of RD and Vice President of National Account Sales. Other responsibilities include initiating and coordinating research and development projects for the customer; managing weekly activities and the investment of Tyson resources; evaluating selling opportunities and coordinating production capabilities with production plants, product management, national account executives and RD; creating and implementing programs including innovative solutions to customer initiated requests and proactive sales opportunities from idea generation to commercialization. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree of Meat Science or Animal Science. Experience: 8+ years experience. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Travel: 12+ trips per year.
