Technical Sales Representative Job in Calgary t2p3g3, Alberta Canada

·         Promotion and sales of drilling fluids additives to current and potential clients.

·         Establish and enhance a comprehensive client base; network prospects, conduct outside sales calls and cold calls.

·         Work with clients to build and maintain relationships.

·         Submit in a timely manner factual sales call reports providing client and market information.

·         Provide technical support to employees and clients as required.

·         Provide pricing strategies and quotations for specific products and services to clients.

·         Conduct contractual and service delivery negotiations. Track delivery of products to client site; ensure accuracy of order and timely delivery.

·         Participation in trade shows to demonstrate product quality and network with prospective clients.

·         Provide technical solutions to our clients in an ethical and quality focused manner.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 5 years of field experience in drilling fluids.

·          Post-Secondary education in a related discipline is strongly preferred.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust to various personality traits.

·         Motivated self-starter with an outstanding work ethic; results driven professional.

·         Ability and willingness to work within a strong team environment.

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc…)
