The Role
Due to continued development within the sales office, there is now an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Support Engineer to join the division. The key purpose of the role is to provide technical support for internal and external Sales, during both the quotation and clarification stages of the enquiry process. You will need to ensure that all technical queries/clarifications are dealt with and responded to within a 48 hrs period and that all technical reviews are dealt with and responded to within a timely manner.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer requests for technical information and clarifications, for both projects and day-to-day enquiries.
- The compilation of technical reviews.
- The review of customer specifications and management of data.
- Preparation of technical quotations and day-to-day enquiries.
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, candidates should have an engineering/manufacturing background with at least an ONC/HNC qualification or 5 years experience in a technical role. You should be proactive and have the initiative and ability to plan and prioritise your own workload in order to achieve and exceed deadlines.

- Show good inter-personal skills to work effectively with all individuals.
- Demonstrate professional standards and high personal standards.
