Technical Service Delivery Manager recruitment

Our client is one of the leading companies in providing Financial Software and Solutions within Trading Environments. A great opportunity has come up for someone who has experience as an external Service Delivery Manager.

The ideal candidate must have that unique blend of technical and consulting skills as you will the point of contact for the companies extensive client base. Your main role will be to maintain and build the relationships with the clients and provide technical advice on issues such as:

Installation and Upgrades of Service Components
Be the main contact for Technical and Operational Matters
Provide Technical Advice on Service Delivery

This role would involve Project Management and Consultancy with that blend of Technical understanding. Anyone who can speak Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) would be desired but not essential and all candidates must have a good basic understanding of IT and previous experience on IT Service Desk within a Financial Services / Products environment and a understanding of Trading Systems and Exchanges would be an advantage
