Technical Services Administrator

Customer Service Administrator role in Oxford.
£10 per hour.
9-5 Monday to Friday for 6 months.

One of the leading medical companies in Oxford are looking for a Customer Service candidate to join their team in the second week of April. Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to Technical Service Customers, the Sales Teams and the Field Service Engineers.

This role will suit a friendly, positive candidate with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will need to be efficient, motivated to exceed and able to use initiative in the workplace.

Main Responsibilities:

:- Performing data consistency checks
:- Verifying customer details by phone email
:- Updating the in-house system and working with European colleagues to report findings
:- General administration
:- Communicating with and providing exceptional customer service to internal external customers via phone email
