Technical Services Analyst / FX recruitment
Due to our continuing company success and business expansion they are currently looking for an outstanding Technical Services Analyst :
You will be part of an international Technical Support Team and will directly report to our Head of Technical Support.
Your Responsibilities
?Be an integral part of a high-profile global team which provides 24x5 1st level support and forms the primary point of contact for external customers for technical issues
?Support account managers and the business support team to bring new customers live and resolve technical issues with our Java-based client software
?Resolve problems related to either technical issues or business workflows during the initial telephone call or effectively manage the escalation process for any incidents that cannot be resolved immediately
?Investigation and management of trading problems
?Be prepared to work rotating shifts
Your Profile
?Financial industry or comparable experience is a plus
?Proven ability to think and solve problems systematically
?Team player with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds to solve problems
?Demonstrated ability to confidently and effectively discuss technical issues with both technical and non-technical audiences
?Strong sense of customer service (detail- and service-oriented)
?Good organisation skills, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
?Demonstrated ability to innovate processes to improve operations
?Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision and under pressure in our production environment
?Excellent communication skills in English and German. French, Spanish, Italian or Turkish, in addition, would be of advantage
