The Technical Service Coordinator reports to the VP of Technology supports the sales process and delivery of cloud solutions and professional services to clients.   They will provide technical sales support, manage client service projects, and coordinate client service delivery with distributors, partners, and internal resources.  In addition, they will actively seek cloud and service opportunities with new and existing customers.  The following is a draft of duties and requirements for this role:

Duties

·         Maintain a broad understanding of technical infrastructure

·         Participate in technical training programs

·         Acquire technical certifications as needed

·         Provide technical sales support for cloud offerings professional services

·         Actively promote cloud solutions and services to existing CCB customers and new prospects

·         Support sales process of cloud solutions and services

·         Assist in training of CCB Sales staff

·         Develops and maintains client service project schedule, project plans, client communication plan, and service level agreements

·         Documents and updates client service project action items and issues

·         Gathers post service feedback from clients

·         Coordinate cloud and service opportunities with distributors and partners

·         Tracking and reporting of cloud and service opportunities

·         Provide feedback and suggestions for service process improvement

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience

·         Understanding of IT infrastructure and Cloud technologies

·         Written and verbal communication skills
