The Coordinator will put together nutritional statements and labeling content based technical data, working with vendors and manipulating the specification database. Responsibilities: Develop and revise ingredient/nutritional information complying with regulations Work directly with vendors to ensure accuracy of ingredient information Work with cross-functional teams to verify and validate formulas Maintain and update raw material database documents (Excel) and specification database (QAD) Requirements: · BS degree in Food Science or related · 3-5 years in technical services (regulatory, labeling, QA, product specification development in the food industry · Highly proficient computer system skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Product Vision) · Working knowledge of GMP and HACCP. · Excellent communication/organization skills Apply now!!!
