Technical Services Officer recruitment
Main responsibilities:
- Own the on boarding process of new customer groups
- Assist with tracking of sales progress and reporting
- Capture information about wholesale business leads and their requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve the product offering for broking services customers
- Establish sound relationships with management and peers as necessary to fulfil the responsibilities of this role
- Conduct on site training for Broking Services customer groups
- Conduct training sessions via web conferencing software
- Respond to customer issues and training requests via phone and email
- Ensure that the training requirements of Broking Service customers are being met
- Manage the ongoing changes to customer group's account types and white labelling documents
- Develop, plan and execute training programs for internal staff (e.g. new staff on boarding and third party system provider applications)
- Develop and execute training programs for intermediaries
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency of processes
- All training content to comply with E*TRADE policies, as well as ASX and regulatory requirements
In order to be successful in the role, you will require the following skills
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of stockbroking back office procedures as well as knowledge of E*TRADE systems, in particular E*TRADE PRO, Advisor Centre, EVE EVE Utilities
- 3+ years experience in the finance industry
- Excellent organisational time management skills
- Finance or Business degree or equivalient preferred
- Cert IV in Training Assessment desirable
