Technical Specialist (Decisioning) recruitment
Our client, a top tier international financial services firm is looking to hire a Technical Specialist (Decisioning) immediately to work in Bristol for an initial 3 months with a strong chance of extension.
This is a chance to enhance your career as there will be a lot of responsibility with exposure to senior stakeholders of the business. Quick decisions will be made by the client and interviews will be arranged very quickly.
Responsibilities/Requirements as follows:
- Substantial knowledge of Decisioning components, practical use of this in a business environment
- Financial services experience will be preferred.
- Experience using the Customer Experience Model and marketing skills within a Decision Context
- Understanding of process architecture design, maturity frameworks, governance, and application of CDM and how they are aligned with the strategy design of the business and implementation.
- Knowledge of multi-channel process design criteria and how it is applied to the journey of the customer
