Position Description:
SunGard's solutions for capital markets help banks, broker/dealers and futures commission merchants increase the efficiency and transparency of securities and derivatives processing. They also provide accounting, securities financing, data management and tax reporting across multiple platforms, asset classes and markets. Supporting the entire trade lifecycle from execution to settlement, SunGard provides centralized transactional databases that deliver consolidated views of positions and risk.
• Formalize functional need of our customer. Translate it into a technical analysis that will lead to an implementation. Plan and execute structural test and delivery in production.
• Train operational teams in order to improve effectiveness is issue resolution, explain new systems to support teams.
• Evaluate the latest version of product or feature of product, to assess interest for local users.
• Document change to execute new features, deployment process to the operation support team or to enhance added service offer to our customers.
• Execute product and testing installation and configuration. Recommend customization based on functional study conducted by client facing teams.
• Provides feedback and helps to improve our quality procedures for new products releases. Provide leads whenever the client contact has needs that could be answered by our products or services.
• Organize demo to staff or pre-sales so that they are aware of the latest feature. Participate is building pre-sales demo environment.
• Apply and Maintain best practices. Maintain knowledge about products versions usability.

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor degree on various sciences which includes engineering or economics
• Good knowledge or experience of Financial software,
• At least 3-4 years' experience for a Software vendor company or financial business company.
• Experience working for a client or account management role (plus)
• Good communication skills, capable of synthesis (good troubleshooting skills), fighting spirit, autonomy and pro-activeness
• Good knowledge of Unix or Linux (must); knowledge in network (plus)
• English (Business level) and Japanese (Native level), APAC languages or French (plus)
• Knowledge of Database (Sybase/Oracle)
• Good project management skills
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and challenge new things
