Position Overview:
In this position, the Technical Specialist will use technologies such as WebLogic.
Additionally, the Technical Specialist will be a part of Our Client's Cloud Services team, supporting end-to-end implementation of Our Client's and associated products. This includes:
- Software installation
- Configuration
- Upgrades
- Patching
- Troubleshooting
- Performance Tuning
- Scripting
- Maintenance
The Technical Specialist will be evaluated on the skills and the support s/he provides. Additionally, the Technical Specialist should be customer-focused and self-motivated, with an understanding of customer problems. S/he should also have the ability to provide solutions based on industry and technical experience by working with customers/implementers.

Requirements:
Required Skills for this Technical Specialist position include the following:
- Must have 5+ years of relevant experience
- Must possess strong knowledge of Our Client's products, including the later versions
- Should have in-depth experience with Installation/Upgrade/Patching
- Must possess knowledge of:
- User Management and Identity Management, as well as Authentication mechanisms
- Software Administration
- Aptitude for complex problem-solving, as well as willingness to learn and work on others' software a must
- Must have excellent communication skills, along with the credibility to influence decision-makers
- Working knowledge of databases and Application Servers desirable
- Working knowledge of Linux platform also desirable
- Customer Support and/or consulting experience preferable
