Description:

As a T1 Technical Support Advisor you will be receiving inbound customer calls resolving computer desktop and/or laptop hardware, software or connectivity issues. Advisors must offer an unparalleled customer service experience; possess deductive reasoning skills all while providing prompt, reliable and accurate information. There are no scripts so advisors must be confident, enthusiastic and have good basic troubleshooting skills.
Must be able to work Monday - Sunday between the hours of 8am-8:30pm.

Requirements:
* Preferred previous technical support professional and/or personal
* Excellent customer service skills
* Required strong written and verbal skills
* Experience with MS Office or Outlook
* Superior time management skills
* Ability to use critical thinking and logic skills
* Basic understanding of hardware configurations - such as USB vs. Firewall
* Must be able to type 30wpm

Pay Rate: 13.00 - 13.00 Hourly DOE
