Responsibilities

ñ  Resolving users' application questions or problems in the areas of software configurations/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements.

ñ  Turn lessons learned into technical documents published into an extensive customer learn server.

ñ  Participating in online, company sponsored Discussion Groups

ñ  Serving as primary support liaison between company and user

ñ  Keeping user informed of how and when problems are resolved

ñ  Involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting

ñ  Responsible for appropriate referral to other support and quality assurance areas

ñ  Conveying user feedback to product development staff

ñ  May travel to customer sites on occasions.

ñ  Promoting and maintaining a high quality, professional, service oriented company image among users

 

Skills and Experience:

 

ñ  Degree in architecture, architectural science or engineering relevant discipline

ñ  Engineering experience will also be considered.

ñ  Experience with CAD, modeling or rendering software.

ñ  A level of Technical knowledge in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office

ñ  Fluent English and German required.
