In this position you will be responsible for the application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the customer’s production system.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates will hold a technical degree in a related field and have 1 to 3 years' customer service experience troubleshooting software applications. Candidates must have demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills specifically related to customer service. They will have prior experience with computer and data/voice terminology and practices. Working knowledge of SQL, Windows OS, and various VPN solutions preferred. Candidates must be willing to identify, own and solve problems independently and as part of a team, striving to become a self-directed. productive team member, serving as a positive agent of change.
