This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading Australian Industrial Manufacturer based in Milperra, who are looking for an experienced Technical Support Customer Service Expert to join their existing team.
You‘ll be working within a team of people who take calls from business customers placing orders, you‘ll process orders via phone, fax, and email, as well as providing stock information and product support. You‘ll often have to liaise between internal departments and the customer to provide information on stock availability, pricing, and technical support, all requiring timely and efficient activity. You will also be expected to identify opportunities to up and cross sell during your customer calls.
To be successful, you will be extremely technically minded, have had experience in a technical support role before or come from a similar role, that saw you providing technical advice to customers within the manufacturing industry.
The position will require you to work normal office hours from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
