My client a leading mobile communications company is recruiting for a team of Technical Support Engineers.
This is an excellent opportunity for career minded individuals with experience and knowledge of Windows and Exchange server.
Responsibilities will involve to;
Supporting customers by phone and email regarding the companies products
Gathering information, researching and troubleshooting technical issues
Logging issues and customer information into the ticketing system
To be successful for these roles applicants would have;
Fluency in English and French or Spanish or German or Italian or Dutch
Previous support experience either face to face or in a technical support environment
University or college degree
Experience troubleshooting technology
Strong knowledge of Windows and Exchange Server
