Position Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing final-level (3rd Level) Support to customers for AAA System, including:
o Emergency support for AAA critical issues (24/7)
o Handling customer tickets on AAA
o Performing root-cause analysis on customer issues
o Running Software Maintenance Testing
o Producing release notes based on customer profiles
• Participating in AAA trials, pilots and deployments
• Participating to Product Support and Service Capability Creation
• Participating to customer audits
• Some travel to customer site

Position Requirements:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience with UNIX and Linux operating systems
• Minimum 4 years working experience with GSM network, preferably in Core Networks
• Good working knowledge of IP technologies, especially Radius and Diameter protocols
• Minimum 2 years of providing highly technical support to customers (integration, deployment, level 3 support)
• Scripting knowledge (Perl, UNIX shell)

• High fluency in oral and written English
• Must be able to work under pressure
