Technical Support Engineer Job in Sunnyvale 94085, California US

We want a support engineer with a solid Computer Science background who is versatile enough to fulfill roles in pre and post Sales, Professional Services and Development. Are you able to assess and prioritize issues quickly and determine root causes systematically? Do you excel at building a rapport with customers? Are you able to communicate technical information to non-technical users?
Required Skills:
o BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
o 2+ years of support experience in software industry
o Knowledge of Web technologies
o Ability to work in a high performance team environment as well as independently
o Experience working with external customers
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills conducive to team development
o US citizen or Permanent Resident
Desired Skills:
o Experience programming web applications, jQuery, jQuery UI, CSS3, HTML5, .NET, relational databases, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
