Technical Support Engineer

Select’ – PARKHOUSE’S Senior Engineering Consultant is currently recruiting an experienced Technical Support Engineer for our expanding international client, based in Worcestershire


THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:

Technical Support Engineer you will be:

1. Evaluate all customer enquiries and ensure that projects meet customers’ objectives and time constraints.

2, Provide Proposal’s Engineer with detailed engineering schemes to meet customer’s technical requirements.

3. Foster productive customer relationships to ensure, wherever possible, a successful outcome for the Company.

4 Work in conjunction with the design and commercial engineers to communicate technical order details as necessary and address any technical queries arising.

5. Provide technical support to the customer to ensure a robust integration from enquiry to installation, which may include pre-contract and site visits.

6. Ensure compliance between the quotation and the contract document.

7 Wherever possible ensure best practices, and conform to Health and Safety rules at all times.

8 Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested.

THE CANDIDATE:

The Technical Support Engineer

1. Be degree qualified or equivalent

Experience with Controls, Instrumentation and Process Pneumatics

Experience in water and compressed air

Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings
