Are you a technical IT professional with a proven track record of supporting web-based applications? Do you have knowledge of content management, analytics, digital marketing, eCommerce and web technologies? Our client is a software solutions provider to the service and repair management and aviation industries. Having made profit every year since their founding in 1999, they now seek a Technical Support Manager to join them.

As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, managing and growing all non-development related tasks.

Providing leadership and building strong working relationships at many levels within a clients' hierarchy, you will develop the role to the point where you are regarded as a trusted advisor for technical issues both for our client and their clients.

Tasked with optimising client hardware, databases, networks and other systems for all of our client's installations, you will additionally monitor installations and provide a 24 hour covering resource. Ensuring customers understand all the benefits of the installation, you will also aim to generate revenue by offering additional technical services.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Substantial and broad technical IT experience
- Experience of supporting web-based applications
- An understanding of content management, analytics, digital marketing, eCommerce and web technologies

Communicative and organised, as a Technical Support Manager, you will have proven complex relationship management skills. Diligent with great attention to detail, you'll also have superb writing skills with the ability to transfer knowledge into documentation.

Experience of IBM U2 databases would be beneficial to your application, however this is by no means essential.
