A TS/SCI clearance is required. Duties: Prepares, develops, and maintains the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule in order to meet all program requirements; ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across functional groups and divisions; coordinates and facilitates meetings with project leads in support of the Government PM; identifies new risks and analyzes exposure ratings for exiting risks; monitors mitigation strategies based on Government direction and approval; coordinates and gathers responses for ad-hoc data calls and other reporting requests; tracks variances against the baseline; prepares reports identifying the critical path; recommends process and mechanism improvement to enhance technical support services; assists in deployment process; ensures technical program management requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner; uses Gantt and milestone charts and other project management techniques to gauge progress and to indentify variances in order to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas; uses MS Project plans and schedules application; travels on temporary duty (TDY) to CONUS and OCONUS locations. Essential Job Functions Analyzes organizational needs that require system support; gathers, compiles and interprets information as well as assessing regulatory and risk issues. Identifies methodologies for testing functions, summarizing data to develop a recommended course of action, and analyzing and modifying existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Interfaces with business units including middle management and/or internal resources to ensure quality and timeliness through the testing of project/release work. Gathers and documents requirements and participates in the design, development and improvement to infrastructure. Reviews system functionality and operational problems and determines required enhancements needed to improve system functionality and meet business needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics, or related field preferred Four or more years of technology analysis experience Experience working with the technology industry and technology architecture Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization Other Qualifications TS/SCI clearance required Analytical and problem solving skills Communication skills Skills in data administration and design Interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients Ability to work in a team environment Remote Work Authorized: No Relocation Assistence: Not Available Clearance Level: TS/SCI
