Job Requirements

Mandatory:
MCSE 2003 certification
Previous Helpdesk/MSP experience
Troubleshooting experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange
Proven efficiency with a industry-standard ticketing system
Experience with performance monitoring thresholds and remediation methods

Preferred:
MCITP Server or Enterprise Administrator 2008
Network +
Kaseya experience
Troubleshooting experience with network appliances (routers, switches, storage devices)
SNMP monitoring/troubleshooting/configuration experience
