Technical Support Officer

Permanent Role for a 1st Line Technical Support for a successful and expanding organisation in the Telecommunications industry, based in Telford.

The Technical Support Officer will be responsible for 1st line support to client in a professional and timely method. As part of a successful and dynamic technical support team, the successful candidate will provide both email and telephone support for customers, while logging issues on the in house IT systems. To maintain the high quality of customer service, the candidate will be required to provide support during out of hours times.

The candidate will ideally come from a technical support role within the telecommunications industry, their telephone and manner will be second to none due to the nature of the role. The candidate will be organised and be able to retain information quickly and accurately, they must also be able to transfer technical information to their customers in a way that they will understand.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate as they will expand on their Technical Support experience within the Telecommunications industry. Own transport is desired due to the Telford location.
