Virgin Media are the UK's largest nationwide fibre optic network, who share a passion to help improve and transform the way you work. That’s the vision that drives us. The focus of our Technical Support Representative will be to assist our business customers with their technical faults.

Our already existing team of successful Technical Support Reps deal with high volume inbound calls, from our business customers. You will be responsible for efficient and professional logging of our customer faults.

The successful applicant will be used to providing excellent customer service over the phone, and experienced with dealing with high volume calls. Inbound call centre experience is desirable but not essential.  A basic technical knowledge will be an advantage.
