Technical Support Representative
Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a direct hire position in Amherst, NH! This position is working for a company that supplies portable speed measurement products. In this role, you will be responsible for direct after-sale product application and technical support for all types of customers via telephone, email, or other electronic communication for all company products with primary emphasis on data acquisition products. You will: Maintain and strengthen customer relations and provide prompt follow up and closure of open issues Determine and initiate ways of improving customer communication and response Document all customer contact and technical support recommendations into company databases to allow for proper follow up and investigation Highlight and track trends of repeat issues or complaints and offer recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement In order to qualify, you must have previous direct customer service experience in industrial instrumentation and/or process control and associated communication protocols Considerable background in electronics and electro-mechanical systems strongly desired. You must also have strong communication skills (written, verbal and active listening). Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documentation, ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure/instructional manuals, and ability to effectively present complex information simply and respond to questions from customers of all ranges of experience.
