Innovative Foto is the leading supplier and largest manufacturer of today's most innovative photo booths. This position is full-time and will be working in a contact/call center environment resolving tech support issues with equipment for our field support techs and sold customers.
Ability to work a flexible schedule is required.
Experience in technical support of equipment and knowledge of Windows; basic electrical systems; printers and other peripheral equipment strongly desired. Linux knowledge a plus. Candidate must have 3-5 years of related experience or a combination of experience/training or equivalent combination of education/experience.
