Harvey Building Products is the leading manufacturer and distributor of high quality building products in the Northeast. Founded in 1961, Harvey is a privately held, growth-oriented corporation headquartered in Waltham, MA. Harvey manufactures superior quality windows, doors and patio rooms. We are looking to add to our team and we currently have the following opening available in our Waltham Corporate Office:
Technical Support Representative
Responsibilities:
· Provide client support by resolving their technical issues via email or phone.
· Identify and resolve hardware, software and operator problems.
· Support telecommunication system hardware and software.
· Install PC hardware and peripheral components.
· Load and verify correct operation of software packages.
· Make minor repairs or refer to third party service.
· Provide training to users in person and remotely.
· Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 2+ years experience in Technical Support required
· Strong knowledge of MS Office Products
· Experience with Microsoft Desktop / Server, Cisco Networking, strongly preferred
· Strong oral communication skills essential with proven ability to interact with employees at all levels
