ING is looking for an experienced technical support specialist.
Job description
As a Technical Support Specialist, you are responsible for the technical support of ING’s Global Credit Risk Systems. You will play a central role between the business, the development and maintenance teams and the IT infrastructure teams. Your primary focus of work is operational support and monitoring in shifts (early/late or standby) and in weekends.
Your work environment
The Application Support team is responsible for the technical support of the Credit Risk Applications. These applications are 24*7 available for 10.000 ING users worldwide. Through standardised processes the team provides comprehensive and detailed information on the availability of the CCRM applications. The applications are responsible for providing consolidated credit risk reporting and monitoring for all risk management levels of ING Bank.
Who we are looking for
Self motivated people with a can do mentality. Eager to learn, proactive and enthusiastic. Able to work independently and meet challenging deadlines. Good communication skills are essential
Personal profile:
· Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
· Knowledge of ITIL methodology is required
· Fluent in English (written and verbal)
· General knowledge of Web-servers and Infrastructure (hardware components, networks, Firewalls, Proxy-servers and Browsers i.e. IP, DNS)
· Basic knowledge of Websphere, Unix and databases
