Technical Support Specialist Job in Columbia 21046, Maryland US

The Technical Support Specialist will provide Vectorworks customers with extensive product knowledge and the support needed to effectively answer customer questions and assist in the resolution of problems via the phone and/or internet.  The Technical Support Specialist may also be called upon to provide in person training and demonstrations.

·         The ability to deliver effective training and software demonstrations

·         The ability to travel to client sites and other company sponsored events. (Approximately 20%)

This is a great entry-level opportunity for the candidate who has an interest in learning new software applications and in architectural, landscape and entertainment drafting.  The Technical Support Specialist position is NOT a hardware or networking position.
