This position requires an individual who excels at providing solutions for potential and existing customers to solve a wide variety of business problems. The Technical Support Specialist's main task is to advise business users, development organizations and sales people on how to best implement clients as a solution. 

Job description:

* Give detailed product demonstrations to illustrate real world applications of the client platform.

* Work directly with customer development teams to explain the low level architecture of the platform and provide advice on implementation strategies.

* Work closely with the sales team to assist in providing the customers with the information, solutions and strategies they need in order to make an informed buying decision.

* Work with customers and development teams to scope out and document the level of work required to customize the clients software for a particular application.

* Provide technical support to potential customers where needed so that they can fully understand and evaluate their software.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* ASP.Net Development background (1-5 years)

* Demonstrate a strong analytical mind, an aptitude for problem solving

* Experience in writing proposals, requirements or specifications

* Strong desire to work in the sales arena to provide customers with a first-rate solution to their need

* Sales engineering background is a plus

* Previous customer service experience is a plus.
