Technical support specialist/Computer technician with 3 to 5 years experience with hardware, software, and networking skills including; PC Setup, Operating System installations, configurations, and troubleshooting Windows XP Professional and/or Windows7 Operating Systems. Provide first-tier RCS application support (as necessary) including MS Office suite of products.
Strong background in hardware/software support on Dell Desktops and Laptops. Solid Desktop and Help Desk support skills including backups and imaging desktops/laptops. Proficient in handling client connectivity issues such as VPN, Remote Desktop and Citrix sessions.
Candidate must have very strong customer service and organizational skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrate the ability to work independently with appropriate guidance and is a quick learner. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving experience.
