An educational background in Computer Science or Information Technology is desired. A minimum of one year experience in technical support or related work is required for this position. Internship experience will also be considered. This is a complex product and this position requires analytical thinking and problem solving ability. This position will lead to career advancement opportunities in software implementation, project management or product development, among others.
The ideal candidate will have a four year degree and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Technical knowledge (SQL, Crystal Reports, ORACLE or SQL Server) is desired.
