Technical Support x 4 (FTC 4 months) Job in Stratford-Upon-Avon, Midlands Uk

Main Responsibilities:

§          To be fully conversant with the Probate process and deliver expert knowledge and advice within this field

§          To use the bespoke In House software to complete tasks meticulously following set procedures for relevant sectors

§          To be proficient in creating comprehensive tasks for other departments and individuals within the company, articulating clear instructions and information

§          To liaise with other departments and deal with a high volume of complex internal queries

§          To create and send detailed complex correspondence to a variety of external organisations

§          To assist in other areas of the business as required providing subject matter expertise

§          To be fully competent with call procedures for referrals, general client calls and update client calls

§          To meet team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and service level agreements which may vary from time to time

§          To keep informed and updated on procedural, technical and legal changes and, if need be, work with section heads on these

§          Liaise with Clients and Solicitors as required

§          To train new Level 1 and 2 Administrators when required providing expertise and guidance

§          Support Team Leaders and staff who may have  limited legal knowledge, acting as a role model to others

§          Take on additional projects which may involve reporting to and working with Senior Management

§          Report to senior members of staff regarding matters out of the Private Client constraints in an effort to continuously grow and develop the business

§          To create and produce complex correspondence etc without secretarial assistance / support
