Technical Team Leader – ScumMaster recruitment

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define development plans for the team, control the change when it occurs, and report progress
- Participate in requirement analysis, detailed functional and technical design; translate functional requirements into technical specifications for waterfall projects or act as Scrumaster for agile projects
- Assign and follow the team's share care and maintenance on a large C++ codebase
- Coach the team members
- Promote and ensure high level development standards and innovation, from design to development to test
- Coordinate team members activities
- Remaining time will be to bring your own touch to the software : develop new features yourself or fix this ugly bug your team didn't handle yet
Requirments
- University graduate with computer science master degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of work experience
- Solid C++ development skills
- Design Pattern / UML / Test driven Development
- Very good understanding of software product life cycle and agile development processes
- Spoken and written English
- MS Project and Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Financial knowledge on products, market data, Front Office workflows and processes
- Previous experience at a software editor
