£35,000 negotiable (plus benefits)

Are you an experienced Technical Trainer? Do you have a proven background in providing technical training to internal personnel and external customers? Do you carry authority in a classroom? Are you able to deliver a fun training programme to a challenging audience?
My client is a market leader in providing solutions to public safety agencies, central government departments, local authorities and voluntary organisations. We have an immediate requirement for a Technical Trainer, who will provide technical training to both internal personnel and external clients. The successful trainer will be able to project authority in classroom, deliver confident and clear content to a sometimes challenging audience. You will be delivering training courses three to five days in length, for usually ten days of the month. The rest of your time will be spent in preparing for such training, and producing / updating training documentation.
Successful Technical Trainers will have excellent customer facing / people skills, be able to provide second to none presentations and course creation, as well as being very able in writing training documentation / manuals. You must also have knowledge and experience of Training Methodologies and tools. As this is a Technical Training position, it is essential that you come from an IT background, ideally with experience in the Capita DSx or CC products.

- Radio Terminals
- TETRA Gateway
- Solaris
- VMware
- Microsoft Hyper-V
- Virtual IP Networking
- ITIL awareness
