Technical Trainer / Support to Derivatives Trading Floor – Banking and Financial Services recruitment
Based in Hong Kong, the role of Trader Support will be working on the trading floor to assist users with the product. You will be working specifically with clients across various markets for derivatives trading whilst ensuring the smooth running of the system.
Responsibilities
• Assist and instruct users of the product
• Escalate and keep track with users when issues are raised
• Document users’ requirement for internal use
• Assist in the testing and roll of products
• Prepare and execute tailored training sessions for different users
• Keep users informed about new releases and enhancements of the products and services
Requirements
• 3+ years experience working with front-office, either in support and/or training role
• Solid knowledge in listed derivatives and familiarity with futures and options
• Favorable personality to establish a strong relationship with users
• Good technical writing skills is required to document requirements from users
