Axis is looking for the right person to fill an opening in our Educational Services department as a Technical Training Associate.
The Position: Assist with the Delivery of presentations, educational courses, webinars and Podcasts to further the advancement of Axis products and IP network cameras. This is an entry level position suited for people with the ability and motivation to quickly advance to the level of Technical Trainer.
What You’ll Do Here…
- Assist with Axis course setup in-house and onsite
- Develop knowledge of axis products and technologies
- Build presentation skills
- Consistently research and build awareness of specific industries need for Axis products and associated technologies
- Deliver courses, webinars and Podcasts
- Maintain training center and equipment
- Serve as Axis diplomat on training and new product initiatives
- Perform other related duties when assigned
- Travel both nationally and internationally

What You’ll Need …
- Bachelor’s degree
- IP Technical knowledge
- Comfortable with computer applications including MS Office
- Experience working with the public
Valued but not required …
- Network Surveillance/CCTV experience
- Experience in technical support or technical sales
- Background in presentation delivery
Physical demands:
- Employee is required to lift 20-25 lbs.
- Travel is required for this position up to 75% of the time
