. GPA of 3.5 or above in English, Journalism, or related field
. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
. Demonstrated analytical and quantitative capabilities
. Excellent oral and written communication skills
. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with limited oversight
. Proven team player and ability to work well with others
. Strong presence and maturity
. US citizenship
. Ability to pass DoD clearance
. Experience with Windows, plus Microsoft's Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.
. Experience with help authoring software, especially RoboHelp (v8)
. Professional experience/internships in the hi-tech industry with technical documentation related to online help and user manuals, as well as system requirements, system processing, business workflows and procedures
. Health care or health insurance experience a plus
. Prefer Oracle and SQL experience
