Technical Writer
We are immediately hiring a full time Technical Writer to work at our customer site in Baltimore, MD. This is a direct, full time position with our company.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be a team member on the Paperless Support staff. The position supports the Electronic Information Technology Architecture (EITA) applications and contributes to the support environment. The candidate will support and complete all Technical Writing responsibilities per the statement of work and client direction.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Develop and maintain error free documentation pertinent to the Electronic Information Technology Architecture applications
- Maintain all written documentation, diagrams, website content, etc
- Work with technicians as required documenting specific configuration and workflow changes as appropriate
- Maintain and present error free meeting minutes
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the SOW
Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor of Science or equivelent in Computer Science, Information Services or comparable discipline preferred
- Strong command of the English Language, both written and spoken
- 3 to 5 years of experience

- Core FTP LE (Limited Edition) (Used for editing the Paperless web site documents)
