With their wealth of experience and expertise in claims management, medico-legal and risk advisory services, legal representation of members and knowledge of the various State and Federal legislative frameworks, our client is the leading provider of medical indemnity products and services.
This is a newly created role in their Process Improvement Team based in the CBD for an experienced and enthusiastic Technical Writer/Tester.
The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Preparing technical manuals, documentation and training materials regarding IT Applications and services.
- Assisting IT and Business units test software delivered.
- Preparing and documenting test cases based on scenario definitions and requirements specifications
- Reviewing regression test cases and amend to fit new system changes
- Specifying requirements for development of test scripts
- Assisting Project Managers with planning and overseeing user acceptance testing
- Improving quality and stability of applications
To be considered for this role you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience using and preparing testing in an IT environment within the Insurance industry
- Strong Process and Procedure writing skills
- Experience in BA type work - test script and doing testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with developers, listening, deciphering business needs into what is required for the business and communicating the same.
- Tertiary qualifications are desirable
