What is the job all about?
Inside the development team working on the core business IT platforms of our clients, the technical writing analyst is responsible of:
· Collecting all the information about the several applications the developers are working on
· Analyzing and synthesizing the information inside clear and detailed documentation describing how each application works
· Producing a reverse analysis of the functional architecture of the whole IT platform
· Setting up rigorous documentation process for the department
· Producing services manuals, production handbooks, user guides…
What is Cream looking for? 
· You have an engineering degree (civil/industrial) or a Master in Computer Science
· You have a good technical background: knowledge of object-oriented languages (java, .Net, C++…), relational databases, networks…
· You are a great communicator, capable to interact efficiently between IT and business and you have excellent writing skills in English
· You have a strong analytical mind, with the ability to synthetize complex information coming from different sources
· You are rigorous, solution-oriented but also curious, eager to learn, always looking for new challenges
· You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
