Essential Functions
Review articles for Technical accuracy and work with Technical Authors to ensure solutions are complete and accurate.
Edit articles to be grammatically correct and ready for customer consumption
Maintain integrity of Knowledge architecture
Generate weekly Knowledge Management metrics on Knowledge base article creation, process adherence, internal and external adoption, etc.
Identify most popular solutions, promote and maintain solutions on Support Website.
Skills
- English and Grammar competency
- Ability to create, assimilate and convey technical material in a concise and effective manner
- Team player. Demonstrates the ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve results
- Basic HTML knowledge
Qualifications
Have or in process of attaining a Bachelor's degree in English or Communications
